REO Property Management Services: Security and Re-Keying Services
Once the subject property is confirmed vacant, the first priority is to secure the property and change/re-key the locks. All broken windows and doors must be boarded up until an approval to replace/repair is issued. All exterior gates must be secured and garage door openers must be disabled or reprogrammed.

A common problem to REO assets is the personal property and trash that is often left behind. We understand that we are the institution’s primary source to relay to them the condition of the property.
On average we provide 50-60 digital pictures of the asset in its initial condition as well as another 50-60 upon the completion of the work.
Our local crews will remove the debris and hazardous material, clean the interior and exterior of the asset, as well as perform the initial yard maintenance.
